This app can automatically detect push-ups via the proximity sensor and the camera in the phone and track your push-ups, count repetitions, and supports you in achieving new personal records. In addition, there is an entire training plan (Level 1-2-3) and voice coaching provided.
You can use the basic functionality of the app for free. If you would like to access all features, you can activate the free trial membership and test the app with all features for three days for free. If you’d like to use all features after the trial period, you can choose between a monthly or yearly membership.
PRO members are more likely to be successful with their fitness journey. Push-Ups PRO has a lot of fun together with friends in the leaderboard and with the whole experience of all features. Invest in your body, and you won’t regret it!
Open “Settings” on your iPhone. Scroll down to apps and choose “100 Push-Ups,” and enable the toggle in the first entry, “Camera”. Now the detection of Push-Ups should work.
Click on the settings icon in the upper left corner of the app. Now choose “TRAINING PLAN,” and now you can choose the day when you would like to start your training. You have to be a PRO member to access Levels 2 and 3.
After finishing the last set of a training day, you don’t have to end with the suggested amount of Push-Ups. If you are feeling well and you would like to do some extra Push-Ups, you can do as many as you can in your last set.
We would like to give you the best experience of the “100 Push-Ups” app that is possible. For this, you must add a profile picture and let us know from which country you are. In addition, you can add your social media profile and a few words about yourself in the bio.
You will see only the friends you have added to your leaderboard. Your friends will
only see you, but not the other friends you have added. If you would like a leaderboard where everybody can see everybody (no matter who adds people), then you would have to create a “group” instead of using your friends leaderboards.
As mentioned above. If you create a group, any other member of the group can add people, and everybody in this group is visible to everybody. In a friend leaderboard, only you see the people you have added.
Our training plans are built so that your body has enough time to recover and build muscles. You don’t have to do the suggested pause if you feel strong and healthy enough to perform daily. Nonetheless, we would suggest doing a pause in between the training days.
The leaderboard ranking is based on the number of Push-Ups done in a specific time period. You can switch between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views (only as a PRO member). In addition, you can add different leaderboard filters like sex, age groups, countries, etc.
Only PRO members can click on the social media icons on the leaderboard.
You can either press the “START TRAINING” button, and a pre-defined training day will start, or you can start a “FREE WORKOUT.” That means you can do as many push-ups as you want, and you can do that multiple times a day. You even can take a break within a free workout, and a pause will be detected automatically.
You also can see the same numbers in your profile. These are quick statistics and stand for “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly” and “Yearly” and show the number of Push-Ups done in this time period.
After setting a daily, monthly, or yearly goal, you can change them in the settings view.
100 Push-Ups is only available for iPhone and iPad at this point. We will consider an Android app in the future if everything works fine on iOS.

Yes. Now Streaks are working between different apps. That means you can do a Push-Up workout on Monday and a Sit-Ups workout on Tuesday and you won't loose your streak.
